How to build your house or commercial building?

There are many ways to construct; together with you we have to find out what does fit your project best.

Hollow Blocks are used for generations in the Philippines

First we form columns with reinforced concrete that carry the roof- or next floor and between those columns the (seperate-) walls are built with hollow-blocks. Note that the hollow-block walls do NOT carry the roof- or next floor.

A great advantage of hollow blocks is the flexibility; even during construction it is still possible to make some minor changes.

However; some of our clients are from the USA and Europe; they feel more comfortable with the American style of construction that we offer (see down) which is also used in building the Trump Tower in America.

Building with the 'American-system' cost about the same as hollow-blocks but the advantages are:

• Faster Construction: 2x quicker is possible meaning you do not have to spend many months checking the progress of your building.

• Stronger: the structural integrity is higher, disaster resistant, withstanding earthquakes, typhoons etc.

• Save Money: your building is stronger and therefor last for generations.

• Less Labor: no need to plaster.

• Insulation optional: save money on electricity bills for aircon and reduce noise from outside.

• Controled Drying of Concrete: the temporary panels/forms prevent rapid evaporation of water from the concrete. (Hollow-block walls can dry too quick which adversely impacts the quality of concrete; cracks).

• Economical: if you prefer we make the inside walls with cheaper materials (wood etc.).

Metal temporary forms/panels are placed side by side. In the space between two panels you find the steel reinforcing bars.

(Insulation with polystyrene placed in the middle is optional; save money on aircon-bills and reduce noise from outside.)

We poure fresh concrete mix; allow to set; and the panels are removed.
The walls, windows and door-openings are direct ready after casting and drying; precise and smooth; ready for painting. No need for plastering; you save labour; FAST. (Plaster can cause peeling and cracking.)

The result is a solid concrete wall (in any thickness) that can carry the next floor or roof (hollow-block walls are NOT designed to carry a load).
So every room will become some kind of 'box' (which is stronger than a hollow-block building) and all rooms/walls together will resist any pressure coming from any direction; not only earth-quakes or storms but also the 'natural' movement of the building throughout the years.

Your building will be finished quicker and become more durable than with hollow blocks obviously.

Only a few of our staff members and skilled workers will manage the building-process; we use mostly local labour and -resources to minimize costs.

We do not simply 'use metal panels to cast walls'; our engineers developed a unique building procedure (to be patented) to construct houses and commercial buildings that are built FASTER and LAST LONGER.

Construction time; longer due to more labor because the walls, windows and door-openings have to be plastered. (plaster can cause peeling and cracking.)

Construction time; up to 2x faster.
The walls, windows and door-openings are direct ready for paint after casting/drying; precise and smooth. No need for plastering.

Strength; the building consists of columns that carry the next floor or roof. The hollow-block walls are placed seperately between the columns; they are not load-bearing.

All walls form some sort of box which is a very strong structure; all rooms support eachother and can resist pressure from any direction during storm or earthquake and through many years to come; Durability is high.
