For clients abroad we mostly start the design-process to make sure that only a few salient issues are left when you come over to the Philippines; this maximizes your stay here and will avoid time pressure.

Stages of Design and Construction

3. Construction

Stage #1 (schematic design) includes:

* Procurement of data available for the design of the Philippine swimming pool.
* Inspection of the site (lot) and making pictures.
* Evaluation of the local conditions as well as getting all the governmental requirements of the area including restrictions and construction guidelines (both government and private if in a subdivision).
* Draft a short report for owners info and evaluation.
* Make schematic design for owners approval subject to 3 relevant revisions incorporating owners requirement and actual condition of site.
* Submit perspective of the schematic design, for owners approval.
* Prepare a budgetary estimate and establish construction timeline for owners approval.
* Prepare materials specification for owners approval.
* Prepare a draft construction contract.
 

Is your budget sufficient?
